On May 21st, get ready to reset and transform with a full day of outer and inner health. Our carefully planned itinerary is designed for maximum transformation while still allowing you the freedom to flow and have fun!

During this experience, you will learn tools to help you destress, connect on a deeper level with those around you, unleash your inner confidence and joy and start adjusting your body and mind to achieve the life you want to embrace. Take a look at what we have planned!

Location

The House at Eldredge Point

Located at the end of Eldredge Ave, this waterfront property offers a full view of Little Sodus Bay, a spacious deck for activities, and a beautiful walk on the peninsula. When you enter the space, everyone has a similar feeling of "home", which makes it the perfect location for a truly transformational day.

8 AM Breakfast & Morning Walk

Let's all meet, get to know each other and take some time to clear our heads for the day ahead!

10 AM Yoga

1 PM Belly Dance Lessons

Unleash your inner confidence with an easy-to-follow belly dance class!

9:30 AM Tapping Workshop

Set your intentions for the day (guidance provided if needed)

Inspiration

Based on the ancient Chinese art of acupuncture, tapping is a simple method that you can perform on your own with the proper knowledge. It can help with anxiety, stress relief and more- all with the tap of your fingers!

Lunch

11 AM - Journaling

Journaling, and especially gratitude journals, can be extremely motivational and therapeutic. We will do a short overview on best practices and then leave you to your own devices! If you have extra time, you can partake in some of the optional activities!

12:00 PM Lunch

Take a nice, healthy lunch break (provided by our private chef) and possibly partake in some of the optional activities!

Bonfire

5:00 PM Burn Ceremony

Our burn ceremony and fire will release anything that is no longer serving you and the person you want to become. Spend a little time afterward chatting about the day!
